Sigma 300-800mm F5.6 EX DG APO HSM Lens
For Nikon F Mount
The Sigma 300-800mm F5.6 EX DG APO HSM is a medium telephoto to super telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a Full-Frame sensor. This constant-aperture zoom covers a 300mm to 800mm focal-range.
This zoom can focus down to 600cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.14X. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. While this lens is capable of AF, it does not have a built-in focus motor. It can only focus with a compatible camera body which features a mechanical AF-coupling.
This version has a Nikon F lens mount. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Nikon F mount cameras with Full-Frame or smaller sensors. Sigma also made this lens available for Canon EF, Four-Thirds, Sigma S mounts.
