The Samyang 50mm T/1.5 VDSLR AS UMC is a normal prime designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This ultra-bright prime has a 50mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 75mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.
This prime lens focuses down to 45cm from the imaging plane. The lens is focused externally via a gear around the focus-ring.
The lens weighs 555g.
This version of the lens has a Fujifilm X mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Fujifilm X mount cameras. Samyang also makes this lens for Canon EF, Nikon F, Pentax K, Sony A, Sony E, Canon M, Four-Thirds and Micro Four-Thirds mounts.
