The Fujifilm Fujinon XF50 F/2R WR is a short telephoto prime designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This bright prime has a 50mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 75mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.
This prime lens focuses down to 39cm from the imaging plane, capturing subject with a maximum 0.15X magnification. The lens offers a Quick-Shift AF system which lets the user simply rotate the focus-ring to focus manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Fujifilm to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.
The lens weighs 200g. Its body is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. Seals in key areas prevent entry of water and dust.
This lens is only available for the Fujifilm X mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Fujifilm X mount cameras.
