Venus Laowa 9mm F/2.8 Zero-D Lens
For Sony E Mount
The Venus Laowa 9mm F/2.8 Zero-D is an ultra-wide prime designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This bright prime has a 9mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 13.5mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.
This prime can focus down to 12cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.13X. The lens is not capable of autofocus and so the focus-distance must always be manually adjusted via the focus-ring.
This version has a Sony E lens mount. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Sony E mount cameras with APS-C (1.5X) sensors. Venus also made this lens available for Canon M, Fujifilm X, Micro Four-Thirds mounts.
