Sigma C DN 16mm F/1.4 DC Lens
For Canon M Mount
The Sigma C DN 16mm F/1.4 DC is a wide prime designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.6X) sensor. This ultra-bright prime has a 16mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 25.6mm lens on a Full-Frame camera. The body of this lens is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. It has sealing to prevent entry of water and dust.
This prime can focus down to 25cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.11X. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Sigma to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.
This version has a Canon M lens mount. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Canon M mount cameras. Sigma also made this lens available for Sony E, Micro Four-Thirds, Leica L mounts.
