Lens Description

The Sigma 18-200mm F/3.5-5.6 DC OS HSM II is a wide to medium telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This variable-aperture zoom covers a 18mm to 200mm focal-range. It provides the same field of view as a 27-300mm lens on a Full-Frame camera. An optical Image Stabilization System built into this lens compensates for camera shake.

This zoom can focus down to 45cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.26X. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. A Super-Sonic motor inside the lens delivers very fast and relatively quiet AF.

This version has a Pentax K lens mount. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Pentax K mount cameras with APS-C (1.5X) sensors. Sigma also made this lens available for Canon EF, Nikon F, Sony A, Sigma S mounts.
