Lens Description

The Sigma 120-300mm F/2.8 EX DG OS APO HSM is a short telephoto to medium telephoto zoom designed for cameras with Full-Frame sensors. This bright constant-aperture zoom covers a 120mm to 300mm focal range. An optical Image Stabilization System built into the lens compensates for camera shake. The body of this lens is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. It has sealing to prevent entry of water and dust.

This zoom is capable of focusing down to 150cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.125X. The lens offers a Quick-Shift AF system which lets the user simply rotate the focus-ring to focus manually. A Super-Sonic motor inside the lens delivers very fast and relatively quiet AF.

This version has a Sony A lens mount. Follow this link to see all current compatible digital cameras: Sony A mount cameras with Full-Frame or larger sensor. Sigma also made this lens available for Canon EF, Nikon F, Pentax K, Sigma S mounts.
