The Leica S Typ 007 is a Semi-Professional DSLR with a Leica Pro sensor and a Leica S lens mount. Its 37 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 100-12500 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-12500. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in relatively low-light. With 37 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 31" x 20" at 240 DPI.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/4000 to 1m. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/4000, fast action can easily be frozen. Night photography is possible using this digital camera due to its long exposure capability. This camera model offers Full Manual Controls.
The Leica S Typ 007 features a Phase-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. Manual Focus is also available.
Dual controls-dials offer direct access to most exposure parameters which makes this digital camera suitable for advanced photographers. The weatherproof construction of this digital camera protects it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Framing on the Leica S Typ 007 is performed via an extra large reflex optical viewfinder with 0.87X magnification and 98% coverage. This magnification is equivalent to 1.07X on a Full-Frame camera.
