Fujifilm X-Pro2 Samples

The Fuji X-Pro2 is built around a new 24 MP X-Trans CMOS III sensor which is the first Fuji digital camera to exceed 16 megapixels, despite having exactly the same 1.5X APS-C crop-factor while packing 50% more pixels. The benchmark for it is nonetheless the original X-Pro1
Fujifilm X-Pro1 which delivered such superior image-quality that it became the first camera to push our rating system to Excellent+.

Below are 100% crops to compare the X-Pro2 to the original X-Pro1 with both camera calibrated to produce optimum results. Given that over 4 years has past between these tests though, keep in mind that our test lighting was changed in between.

Starting at ISO 3200 though, physics still a notable advantage to the X-Pro1. This is an awesome performance by the X-Pro2 which will make it more desirable for anything but very high ISO photography.
