Think Tank Makes Photocross 13 Backpack

Today, Think Tank Photo unveiled the Mindshift Photocross 13 Backpack. This new backpack as the name implies is version of the Photocross 13 reviewed here made into a backpack rather than a sling. The highly successful sling offers a slim and compact design with good versatility while being very lightweight. Now, Think Tank squared it off and added a second strap plus removable belt to make it more comfortable to carry over extended periods.

The MindShift Photocross 13 backpack is designed with a slim profile and contoured body. Like a sling, it features a side-opening door which allow it to be quickly shifted to the front by dropping one strap from the shoulder. It is made with sturdy nylon with a highly durable tarpaulin bottom panel. The bag is made of weatherproof materials and zippers, plus comes with a seam-sealed rain-cover to use when needed.

There are anchor points on the back to strap-in a tripod with ideal balance. The interior accommodates a DSLR or large mirrorless with 3-5 lenses. It features a dedicated 13" laptop compartment, plus a number of interior pockets and a larger ones outside for organizing small items that need to be accessed frequently.
