Hasselblad Adds XCD 75mm Lens

Today Hasselblad expanded their lineup of XCD lenses by one lens. The new Hasselblad XCD 75mm F/3.4P is a normal lens for Medium-Format, equivalent to a 58mm Full-Frame lens.
This is a minimalist lens designed to capture 100 megapixels images. Its focal-length gives a similar field-of-view as the human eye for a truly natural perspective. The F/3.4 aperture is moderate for Medium-Format. As with all lenses available for XCD, there is a leaf-shutter inside this lens. It can reach a maximum 1/2000s speed. Recall that XCD Mirrorless Digital Cameras do not have a shutter-mechanism and so this is essential for any XCD lens.
The Hasselblad XCD 75mm F/3.4P is relatively compact and weighs just under 400g. This is common for the system. There is a 72mm filter-thread in front of the lens but no provision to attach a lens hood. This new lens is not expected until early near. It will retail for $2300 USD which is expected for a lens that covers such a Medium-Format imaging-circle.
