Lens Description

The Olympus Zuiko 35mm F/3.5 Macro is a normal prime designed for cameras with Four-Thirds (2X) sensors. This prime has a 35mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 70mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.

This prime is capable of focusing down to 14.6cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 1X. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Olympus to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.

This lens is only available for Four-Thirds. Follow this link to see all current compatible digital cameras: Four-Thirds mount cameras with Four-Thirds (2X) or larger sensor.
