Tamron Di 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 VC PZD Lens
For Nikon F Mount
The Tamron Di 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 VC PZD is a wide to medium telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a Full-Frame sensor. This variable-aperture zoom covers a 28mm to 300mm focal-range. An optical Image Stabilization System built into this lens compensates for camera shake. The body of this lens is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. It has sealing to prevent entry of water and dust.
This zoom can focus down to 49cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.28X. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Tamron to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.
This version has a Nikon F lens mount. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Nikon F mount cameras with Full-Frame or smaller sensors. Tamron also made this lens available for Canon EF, Sony A mounts.
