Lens Description

The Samyang VDSLR 8mm T3.8 Asph IF MC Fisheye CS is an ultra-wide prime designed for cameras with APS-C (1.5X) sensors. This prime has a 8mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 12mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.

This prime is capable of focusing down to 30cm from the imaging plane. The lens is not capable of autofocus and so the focus-distance must always be manually adjusted via the focus-ring.

This version has a Nikon F lens mount. Follow this link to see all current compatible digital cameras: Nikon F mount cameras with APS-C (1.5X) or larger sensor. Samyang also made this lens available for Canon EF mounts.
