Lens Description

The Samyang 50mm F/1.2 AS UMC CS is a short telephoto prime designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This ultra-bright prime has a 50mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 75mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.

This prime can focus down to 50cm from the imaging plane. The lens is not capable of autofocus and so the focus-distance must always be manually adjusted via the focus-ring.

This version has a Canon M lens mount. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Canon M mount cameras. Samyang also made this lens available for Sony E, Fujifilm X, Micro Four-Thirds mounts.
