Lens Description

The Panasonic Lumix G Vario 7-14mm F/4 ASPH is an ultra-wide to wide zoom designed for cameras with a Four-Thirds (2X) sensor. This constant-aperture zoom covers a 7mm to 14mm focal-range. It provides the same field of view as a 14-28mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.

This zoom can focus down to 25cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.08X. The lens offers a Quick-Shift AF system which lets the user simply rotate the focus-ring to focus manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Panasonic to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.

This lens is only available for Micro Four-Thirds. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Micro Four-Thirds mount cameras.
