Lens Description

The Panasonic Lumix G 14-140mm F/3.5-5.6 II ASPH Power OIS is a wide to medium telephoto zoom designed for cameras with a Four-Thirds (2X) sensor. This variable-aperture zoom covers a 14mm to 140mm focal-range. It provides the same field of view as a 28-280mm lens on a Full-Frame camera. An optical Image Stabilization System built into this lens compensates for camera shake. The body of this lens is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. It has sealing to prevent entry of water and dust.

This zoom can focus down to 30cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.25X. The lens supports autofocus and features a switch to disengage AF for focusing manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Panasonic to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.

This lens is only available for Micro Four-Thirds. Follow this link for all current compatible digital cameras: Micro Four-Thirds mount cameras.
