The Irix Cine 150mm T/3 Macro is a super telephoto prime designed for cameras with a Four-Thirds (2X) sensor. This prime has a 150mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 300mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.
This prime lens focuses down to 35cm from the imaging plane, capturing subject with a maximum 1X magnification. The high manification of the Irix Cine 150mm T/3 Macro allows it perform true macro photography. The lens is focused externally via a gear around the focus-ring.
The lens weighs 1.16kg. Its body is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. Seals in key areas prevent entry of water and dust.
This version of the lens has a Micro Four-Thirds mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Micro Four-Thirds mount cameras. Irix also makes this lens for Canon EF, Sony E, Canon RF and Nikon Z mounts.
