Lens Description

The Canon EF-M 18-150mm F/3.5-5.6 IS STM is a wide to short telephoto zoom designed for cameras with APS-C (1.6X) sensors. This variable-aperture zoom covers a 18mm to 150mm focal range. It provides the same field of view as a 28.8mm to 240mm lens on a Full-Frame camera. An optical Image Stabilization System built into the lens compensates for camera shake of up to 4 stopsMeasured according the the CIPA Standard..

This zoom is capable of focusing down to 25cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 0.31X. The lens offers a Quick-Shift AF system which lets the user simply rotate the focus-ring to focus manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Canon to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.

This lens is only available for Canon M. Follow this link to see all current compatible digital cameras: Canon M mount cameras with APS-C (1.6X) or larger sensor.
