Pentax WG-M2 Digital Camera
Digital Camera Description
The Pentax WG-M2 is a Large Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 8 Megapixels sensor offers an ISO 200-6400 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 200-6400. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in relatively low-light. With 8 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/24000 to 1/4. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/24000, fast action can easily be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.
The lens on this digital camera has a fixed focus distance. It is neither capable of AF or MF and is permanentally focused at the same distance.
The Pentax WG-M2 is waterproof to a 10 meter depth for a maximum of 60 minutes. The weatherproof construction of this digital camera protects it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. This particular model is also freezeproof down to -10C. There is no viewfinder on the Pentax WG-M2 and no provision to add one.
