Digital Camera Description

The Pentax WG-M1 is a Large Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 14 Megapixels sensor offers an ISO 100-800 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-800. With 14 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.

This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/1000 to 1/4. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1000, fast action cannot be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.

Pentax WG-M1

The lens on this digital camera has a fixed focus distance. It is neither capable of AF or MF and is permanentally focused at the same distance.

The Pentax WG-M1 is waterproof to a 10 meter depth for a maximum of 60 minutes. The weatherproof construction of this digital camera protects it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. This particular model is also freezeproof down to -10C. There is no viewfinder on the Pentax WG-M1 and no provision to add one.
