The Pentax K-3 III Monochrome is a Professional DSLR with an APS-C sensor and a Pentax K lens mount. Its 26 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 100-1600000 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-1600000. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in very low-light. With 26 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 26" x 17" at 240 DPI.
A builtin 5-Axis Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Pentax K-3 III Monochrome to compensate for camera shake up to 5.5-Stops beyond hand-holding with any mounted lens.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/8000 to 20m. Bulb exposures of an unspecified duration are possible with this camera. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/8000, fast action can easily be frozen. Night photography is possible using this digital camera due to its long exposure capability. This camera model offers Full Manual Controls.
The Pentax K-3 III Monochrome features a 101-point Phase-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. Manual Focus is also available.
Rare triple control-dials are featured on this digital camera, giving the efficient direct control over every exposure-parameter needed by professional photographers. The weatherproof construction of this digital camera protects it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. This particular model is also freezeproof down to -10C. Framing on the Pentax K-3 III Monochrome is performed via an extra large reflex optical viewfinder with 1.05X magnification and 100% coverage. This magnification is equivalent to 0.7X on a Full-Frame camera.
