Digital Camera Description

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS70 is a Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 20 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 80-3200 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 80-6400. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in relatively low-light. With 20 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.

A builtin 5-Axis Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS70 to compensate for camera shake.

This camera features a hybrid shutter that can expose for 1/16000 to 4s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/16000, fast action can easily be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography. This camera model offers Full Manual Controls.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS70

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS70 features a 49-point Contrast-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. A Real-Time Autofocus Tracking System allows focus to follow a moving subject within the frame. Manual Focus is also available.

Dual controls-dials offer direct access to most exposure parameters which makes this digital camera suitable for advanced photographers. This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. Framing on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS70 is performed via a 0.20" Built-in EVF with 1.2 Megapixels.
