The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS30 is a Ultra-Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 16 Megapixels CCD sensor offers an ISO 100-1600 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-1600. With 16 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.
A builtin Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS30 to compensate for camera shake.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/1300 to 1m. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1300, fast action cannot be frozen. Night photography is possible using this digital camera due to its long exposure capability.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS30 features a 23-point Contrast-Detect AF system.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS30 is waterproof to a 8 meter depth. The weatherproof construction of this digital camera protects it against adverse weather, dust and moisture.
