Olympus Stylus SZ-16 Digital Camera

The Olympus Stylus SZ-16 is a Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 16 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 100-6400 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-6400. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in relatively low-light. With 16 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 19" x 14" at 240 DPI.
A builtin Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Olympus Stylus SZ-16 to compensate for camera shake.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/2000 to 4s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/2000, fast action can easily be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.
The Olympus Stylus SZ-16 features a Contrast-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. A Real-Time Autofocus Tracking System allows focus to follow a moving subject within the frame.
This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Olympus Stylus SZ-16 and no provision to add one.
