Digital Camera Description

The Olympus Stylus SH-3 is a Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 16 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 125-6400 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 125-6400. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in relatively low-light. With 16 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.

A builtin 5-Axis Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Olympus Stylus SH-3 to compensate for camera shake.

This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/2000 to 30s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/2000, fast action can easily be frozen. Night photography is possible using this digital camera due to its long exposure capability. This camera model offers Full Manual Controls.

Olympus Stylus SH-3

The Olympus Stylus SH-3 features a Contrast-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. A Real-Time Autofocus Tracking System allows focus to follow a moving subject within the frame.

Although this camera offers full manual controls, it does not have any control-dials to change exposure parameters directly. This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Olympus Stylus SH-3 and no provision to add one.
