Digital Camera Description

The Nikon 1 J5 is a Mirrorless Digital Camera with a sensor and a Nikon 1 lens mount. Its 20 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 160-12800 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 160-12800. This makes it possible to shoot hand-held in relatively low-light. With 20 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 22" x 16" at 240 DPI.

This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/16000 to 30s. This camera can make Bulb exposures up to 2m. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/16000, fast action can easily be frozen. Night photography is possible using this digital camera due to its long exposure capability. This camera model offers Full Manual Controls.

Nikon 1 J5

The Nikon 1 J5 features a 171-point Phase-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. Manual Focus is also available.

Dual controls-dials offer direct access to most exposure parameters which makes this digital camera suitable for advanced photographers. This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Nikon 1 J5 and no provision to add one.
