Nikon D7000 Samples

The approximate size of scaled images depend on your monitor size and resolution. For each monitor size, the suggested resolution is shown below:

• 17" @ 1440x1080 (Approximate)
• 15" @ 1280x960 (Approximate)

NOTE The first 4 samples use the expanded ISO range of 12800 and 25600. Since the Nikon D7000 does correctly store the ISO value in the EXIF for those sensitivities, no ISO value is displayed below.

This video sample is taken at the highest quality 1080p setting of the Nikon D7000. Keep in mind that Youtube processes the video which may cause a drop in quality, particularly when seen at lower resolution.

One may notice the camera focusing during the first 5 seconds of the video. The back and forth movement is inherent to Contrast-Detect Autofocus systems which is rather disturbing. There is also some lens focusing noise picked up by the internal microphone. True professional videos are focused manually.
