The Fujifilm Finepix Z800 EXR is a Ultra-Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2" sensor. Its 12 Megapixels CCD sensor offers an ISO 100-1600 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-1600. With 12 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 17" x 12" at 240 DPI.
A builtin Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Fujifilm Finepix Z800 EXR to compensate for camera shake.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/1000 to 4s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1000, fast action cannot be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.
The Fujifilm Finepix Z800 EXR features a Phase-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance.
This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Fujifilm Finepix Z800 EXR and no provision to add one.
