The Fujifilm Finepix Z37 is a Ultra-Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 10 Megapixels CCD sensor offers an ISO 100-1600 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 100-1600. With 10 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 15" x 11" at 240 DPI.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/1000 to 3s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1000, fast action cannot be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.
The Fujifilm Finepix Z37 features a Contrast-Detect AF system.
This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Fujifilm Finepix Z37 and no provision to add one.
