The Casio EX-ZR65 is a Ultra-Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 16 Megapixels CMOS sensor offers an ISO 80-3200 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 80-3200. With 16 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to 19" x 14" at 240 DPI.
A builtin Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Casio EX-ZR65 to compensate for camera shake up to 3-Stops beyond hand-holding.
This camera features a hybrid shutter that can expose for 1/1000 to 4s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1000, fast action cannot be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.
The Casio EX-ZR65 features a 25-point Phase-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. A Real-Time Autofocus Tracking System allows focus to follow a moving subject within the frame. Manual Focus is also available.
This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Casio EX-ZR65 and no provision to add one.
