Casio Exilim EX-G1 Digital Camera
Digital Camera Description
The Casio Exilim EX-G1 is a Ultra-Compact Digital Camera with a 1/2.3" sensor. Its 12 Megapixels CCD sensor offers an ISO 64-3200 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 64-3200. With 12 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.
This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/1250 to 4s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1250, fast action cannot be frozen. Given that is does not support very slow shutter-speeds, this camera is unsuitable for night photography.
The Casio Exilim EX-G1 features a Contrast-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. A Real-Time Autofocus Tracking System allows focus to follow a moving subject within the frame. Manual Focus is also available.
The Casio Exilim EX-G1 is waterproof to an unspecified depth. The weatherproof construction of this digital camera protects it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. This particular model is also freezeproof down to -10C. There is no viewfinder on the Casio Exilim EX-G1 and no provision to add one.
