The Irix Cine 45mm F/1.5 is a normal prime designed for cameras with a Four-Thirds (2X) sensor. This ultra-bright prime has a 45mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 90mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.
This prime lens focuses down to 40cm from the imaging plane. The lens is focused externally via a gear around the focus-ring.
The lens weighs 1.19kg. Its body is weatherproof against adverse weather such as rain and snow. Seals in key areas prevent entry of water and dust.
This version of the lens has a Micro Four-Thirds mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Micro Four-Thirds mount cameras. Irix also makes this lens for Canon EF, Sony E, Canon RF and Nikon Z mounts.
