Digital Camera Description

The Canon Powershot S95 is a Compact Digital Camera with a 1/1.7" sensor. Its 10 Megapixels CCD sensor offers an ISO 80-3200 sensitivity range which is expandable to ISO 80-3200. With 10 MP of resolution, sharp prints are possible up to at 240 DPI.

A builtin Image Stabilization mechanism allows the Canon Powershot S95 to compensate for camera shake.

This camera features a mechanic shutter that can expose for 1/1600 to 15s. With a fastest shutter-speed of 1/1600, fast action cannot be frozen. Night photography is possible using this digital camera due to its long exposure capability. This camera model offers Full Manual Controls.

Canon Powershot S95

The Canon Powershot S95 features a 9-point Contrast-Detect AF system. Autofocus can continuously adjust according to subject distance. Manual Focus is also available.

Dual controls-dials offer direct access to most exposure parameters which makes this digital camera suitable for advanced photographers. This camera does not feature any seals to protect it against adverse weather, dust and moisture. Care must be taken, just like with most electronics. There is no viewfinder on the Canon Powershot S95 and no provision to add one.
