Like most Kodak cameras, the Z700 is very easy to use while offering full manual controls. Its picture quality is average with appealing slightly over-saturated colors but some optical distortion. The speed and focusing ability of the Kodak Z700 make it reasonably suited for most occasions. Due to its high image noise levels, this camera should only be used for prints smaller than 5x7.
