The Fuji Finepix Z1 seems too small for its own good. While it is tiny and rapidly produces images with low noise levels, these advantages are overshadowed by optical distortion and a weak flash. The other disadvanatges can be overlooked but are stil inconviences. Unless you need a camera this small, there are lots of ultra-compact cameras that are better overall and much cheaper. Consider the less-expensive Pentax Optio S55 instead.
