Lens Description

The Zeiss Touit 50mm F/2.8 Macro is a short telephoto prime designed for cameras with a APS-C (1.5X) sensor. This bright prime has a 50mm focal-length. It provides the same field of view as a 75mm lens on a Full-Frame camera.

This prime can focus down to 15cm from the imaging plane which gives it a maximum magnification of 1X. The lens offers a Quick-Shift AF system which lets the user simply rotate the focus-ring to focus manually. A built-in focus motor is used to set the focus-distance. It allowed Zeiss to optimize the motor precisely for this lens in order to maximize performance.

This lens has a Fujifilm X mount. It directly attaches and is fully compatible with all Fujifilm X mount cameras. Zeiss also makes this lens for Sony E mount.
