Notes

Olympus' own site dedicated to their digital SLR cameras and lens line-up. Eexceptionally detailed specifications on current and future Zuiko lenses with a good number of sample images.

Detailed lens reviews with consistent performance measurements for distortion, vignetting, resolution and chromatic aberrations. Dominated by Canon and Nikon lens tests, but also a good number of Pentax lenses were tested and a few Olympus (Zuiko).

The Pentax site for information on its DSLR cameras. There is a reasonable amount of information plus the ability to buy diretly from Pentax, although at the full retail price.

Sigma leads third-party manufacturers for SLR lenses with their extensive lineup. They sell nearly every type of lens, from cheap short zooms to bright and heavy ultra-zooms. Their strategy is to win on value, offering lower prices than original manufacturers or wider maximum apertures at similar prices.

Sony's site on its latest Alpha series cameras. A good place to get information on the lens line-up offered by Sony and compatible Konica-Minolta lenses.

Basically a search engine for reviews of nearly everything electronic, including digital cameras. Supports filtering on publication date, number of reviews, average score and more.
